Why should I choose to prepare for my baby\u2019s birth with Baby Bump?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"6757c003eae0df663\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse\"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p>Baby Bump sessions are taught by Gianna, a midwife and KG Hypnobirthing Teacher. She has more than 4 years of experience with Breastfeeding and Labour, and, all the information given to you by her is evidence-based. Sessions can be held wherever you feel more comfortable, or, online, meaning you have complete freedom of choosing their times and dates. The sessions  have a very friendly manner, and by using many examples and \u2018\u2019analogies\u2019\u2019, Gianna tries to make sessions as interesting and as fun as possible.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"panel-title toggle\"><a aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"df3f90090f2f788f7\" role=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-1142-1\" data-target=\"#df3f90090f2f788f7\" href=\"#df3f90090f2f788f7\"><span class=\"fusion-toggle-icon-wrapper\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><i class=\"fa-fusion-box\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">2. How are the antenatal and hypnobirthing courses taught, how many do I need, and, how long are they?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"df3f90090f2f788f7\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse\"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p>The courses can be taught in person (if you are in Corfu) or online. For the simple antenatal course you will need approximately 2-3 sessions, which are maximum 2 hours each, in order to avoid information overload. \nHypnobirthing requires 5-6 sessions, around 2 hours each, because it is important you are fully informed and so we go through the whole KG Hypnobirthing course material, and, a few extras Gianna has added.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"panel-title toggle\"><a aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"dc46f87d7cf978ec2\" role=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-1142-1\" data-target=\"#dc46f87d7cf978ec2\" href=\"#dc46f87d7cf978ec2\"><span class=\"fusion-toggle-icon-wrapper\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><i class=\"fa-fusion-box\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">3. What is Hypnobirthing?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"dc46f87d7cf978ec2\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse\"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p>Hypnobirthing is a complete antenatal program, based on Hypnosis. You get given many tools, which you are then asked to practice as often as possible during pregnancy, so that, when the time of labour comes, you are calm, relaxed and ready for a fear-free birth, regardless of the form it takes. It is very important that you feel empowered and positive about your birth experience, and, for you to make all the decisions regarding your baby\u2019s birth.
